Reading history, weekly average readings, latest reading, and reading statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to provide the core features of the app, including:

Creating and managing your account.
Saving and displaying your sugar readings.
Showing your latest reading, reading history, weekly averages, and graphs.
Allowing you to add, view, and delete readings.
Allowing you to record medicine intake and walking status.
Generating PDF reports for your personal use or for sharing with your doctor.

3. Firebase Services

Gluco Book uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Firebase Authentication is used to create and manage user accounts. Cloud Firestore is used to store your app data securely in the cloud.

Your data may be processed by Firebase according to Google's Firebase and Google Cloud policies.

4. Health Data

Glucose readings, medicine information, dosage information, and related diabetes records are considered sensitive health-related data. We collect and store this information only because you enter it into the app and because it is necessary for the app's functionality.

We do not sell your health data. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health-related data to third parties.

Your data may only be shared in the following limited situations:

With Firebase/Google services required to operate the app.

6. PDF Reports and Exports

Gluco Book allows you to generate PDF reports from your readings. These reports are created for your personal use. If you share the PDF file with another person or app, you are responsible for that sharing.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Data is stored using Firebase services, and communication with Firebase is encrypted in transit. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists or as long as needed to provide app functionality. You may delete readings from within the app where available.
